Field Service Order Coordinator- Rental

Cogent, Inc. is currently looking for a bright, self-driven individual to help coordinate and schedule rental field service and shop repair work for our Golden, CO facility. As a Rental Field Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of the entire service process from beginning to end working closely with service technicians and the sales team to coordinate customer-owned and company-owned pump repairs, via check-ins, inspections, illustrated parts breakdowns, order entry management, parts ordering, repair quote generation, and interpreting and preparing technician reports for customer review.

This position plays an integral part in the overall operation of the company.
