Experienced Automotive Service Advisor

Titus-Will Automotive Group is one of the largest, family-owned dealership groups in the South Sound, serving Tacoma, Olympia, Lakewood, and Parkland since 1938. We are looking for experienced Service Advisorsto join ourbusy, high-performing Ford service department, located just off I-5 and 38th Street in Tacoma.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated advisor looking for strong earning potential, a busy service drive, and long-term career growth within a stable, family-owned organization.

• Pay Range: $75,000 - $150,000 per year (based on experience, performance, and qualifications)

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and guide them through the service process

• Write accurate repair orders and clearly communicate service recommendations

• Build trust and long-term customer relationships

• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs

• Meet performance goals while delivering an excellent customer experience

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor/Writer in a dealership or independent shop

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
