Quality Assurance Analyst

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Quality Assurance Analyst to help ensure every release of Study. Fetch & Honen delivers a seamless, high-quality experience. You’ll execute manual testing across our web and mobile platforms, validate bug fixes, and work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Support teams to catch issues before they reach our users.

Key Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end manual testing across Study. Fetch’s web and mobile applications Create, document, and maintain comprehensive test cases and test plans Identify, log, and track defects using Linear Collaborate with engineers, engineering manager, and product manager to reproduce, diagnose, and prioritize issues Conduct regression, smoke, and exploratory testing as part of release cycles Support UAT (user acceptance testing) and accessibility reviews where applicable Validate bug fixes and confirm stability across environments before release Provide clear QA feedback and insights to improve release quality and team efficiency What We’re Looking For 2-4 years of experience in QA, ideally within a SaaS or consumer-facing tech company Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and test design principles Experience testing across both web and mobile platforms Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail Familiarity with Agile/Scum processes and defect-tracking workflows Bonus: Exposure to automated testing tools (Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright) or API testing What We Offer $70,000 - $85,000 Base Salary 100% employer paid Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 75% dependent coverage 401(k) with employer matching Daily team dinner provided in-office A high-growth, mission-driven team focused on transforming how students learn About Studyfetch Study.
