We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to lead all aspects of Human Resources for our growing organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll serve as a trusted business partner responsible for developing HR strategies that support company growth, strengthen our culture, and ensure compliance in a highly regulated industry.

What You'll Do

As our Human Resources Director, you will:

• Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and organizational growth.
• Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, workforce planning, and onboarding to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, disciplinary actions, and coaching managers through complex employment matters.
• Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs while ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices.
• Build and enhance employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
• Develop learning and development programs that support employee growth and leadership development.
• Track and analyze HR metrics to measure program effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations to executive leadership.
• Partner with leadership to guide organizational change, including restructuring, cultural initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Promote employee wellness and workplace safety programs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team while driving operational excellence across all HR functions.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• SHRM certification (or equivalent HR certification) required.
• 8+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry, such as healthcare, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or cannabis, required.
• Cannabis industry experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, compensation, employee relations, and HR best practices.
• Proven success leading employee investigations, resolving complex workplace issues, and partnering with senior leadership.
• Experience developing talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and employee development programs.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics to drive business decisions.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment.
