Nolan Living currently owns and operates approximately 7000 units across 26 communities. While the Company plans to expand into additional markets in the future, Nolan Living properties are currently concentrated in the Midwest and Texas. Collect rent, provide data entry for pending items. Schedule make ready needs, coordinate vendor needs, etc. Assist prospective residents through the entire leasing experience from tours to move-in. Address resident concerns in a timely, professional manner. Prepare for resident move ins from new lease administration, walking move ins and ensuring units meet Nolan standards and ready for the new resident move-ins.

Requirements

Must be willing to travel on a rotation schedule, with little notice – MUST BE FLEXIBLE 2+ years of experience in leasing/multi-family as a leasing manager, assistant manager, or property manager. Be a self-starter with the ability to problem solve and work without direction. Yardi Voyager experience required, CRM IQ experience preferred.
