What You’ll Love About This Role: Competitive pay with opportunities for growth On-site housing discount starting at 30% (and growing with tenure) Generous PTO, vacation time, and up to 15 paid holidays 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance Health Savings Account with company match Flexible Spending Account Employee Assistance Program Ongoing training and career development What You’ll Do: Maintain landscaping by mowing, raking, watering, weeding, trimming, and laying sod Pick up and dispose of litter and trash throughout the property Clean and maintain common areas and grounds Perform non-technical maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and appliances Assist with make-ready tasks including painting, drywall repair, and general carpentry Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools, equipment, and supplies Perform other duties as assigned Requirements What You’ll Bring: At least 6 months of related experience Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Knowledge of grounds maintenance and basic building trades Ability to operate hand and power tools Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude Additional Details: No formal education required—just a willingness to work hard and learn Work may be performed on rooftops and require use of ladders or lift devices Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions Nolan Living is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer Background check and E-Verify required This position is full-time, non-exempt, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday schedule and weekends as needed.
