Responsibilities

Acquire new customers and manage an active portfolio of accounts to achieve business growth targets. Deliver personalized financial advisory and recommend appropriate banking solutions to meet client needs. Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients through regular engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal bank policies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in sales, relationship management, or the financial services sector. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets. Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of banking products and market trends.

Relevant professional certifications in financial advisory or wealth management.
