About the Role

As a Partner & Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our business partners, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and institutional clients. This hybrid position combines B2B partnership management, customer relationship management, and business development.

You will act as a trusted point of contact for your portfolio, ensuring an exceptional client experience while identifying opportunities to strengthen existing relationships, expand our partner network, and drive sustainable business growth. Working closely with our Sales, Customer Support, and Operations teams, you will contribute to the continued expansion of Teroxx's international client base.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded, outgoing professional with a background in financial services, wealth management, or digital assets who enjoys building meaningful relationships and working directly with sophisticated clients.

Responsibilities

● Build, manage, and develop long-term relationships with financial intermediaries, wealth managers, financial advisors, HNWIs, family offices, and other strategic partners. ● Serve as a trusted relationship manager, understanding clients' financial objectives and connecting them with suitable digital asset solutions.

● Act as the primary point of contact for existing partners, ensuring strong engagement, satisfaction, and mutual business growth. ● Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and establish new strategic relationships. ● Conduct regular partner meetings, business visits, and networking activities to strengthen relationships.

Your knowledge areas and experience: ● 3+ years of experience in relationship management, key account management, private banking, wealth management, or B2B partnerships. ● Proven experience managing relationships with HNWIs, financial intermediaries, business partners, or institutional clients. ● Background in financial services, Fin.

Tech, or digital assets, with a good understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology considered an advantage. ● Strong commercial mindset with the ability to grow existing accounts, identify new opportunities, and drive customer retention. ● An established network of HNWIs, financial advisors, or business partners is a strong advantage.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, outgoing, and customer-focused personality. ● Independent, well-organized, and comfortable engaging with clients both virtually and in person.
