End-User Support Engineer

We are looking for an End-User Support Engineer to strengthen our EPAM Krakow team. To succeed in this role, you should be highly creative, with developed communication and people management skills. This position requires presence in Krakow office 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

Provide support to end users within the location, both on-site and remotely Install and configure computer hardware, systems, printers, and scanners Communicate with service providers and network engineers to resolve technical matters Maintain meeting rooms and ensure related equipment stays in working order Ensure SLA compliance and timely response to submitted tickets Handle software installation and resolve related technical issues Manage incident tickets from creation through resolution Maintain the server room to keep equipment running smoothly Take responsibility for organizing and managing IT equipment cabling Follow all IT-related Work Instructions as part of daily operations Maintain and keep the hardware inventory up to date Requirements At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position Skill in Network Fundamentals and Troubleshooting to identify and resolve connectivity issues Proficiency in Windows Endpoint Administration for managing and maintaining workstations Solid grasp of IT Service Operations Fundamentals to support efficient service delivery Experience with Microsoft Intune Support Essentials for managing devices and endpoints Strong communication skills paired with a problem-solving mindset Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly to emerging challenges Ability to perform effectively under pressure Intermediate level of English Capacity to follow instructions and guidance provided by the direct leader Nice to have Experience working with MacOS and Linux operating systems Experience using Remote Access Tools for supporting systems from a distance
