Program/Project Manager 4

The group you’ll be a part of The Global Quality (Quality Engineering) Team supporting non-conformance and problem solving (8D process) ensuring non-conformance are resolved by driving systematic corrective & preventive actions via structured problem-solving methodology. The impact you’ll make As a Program or Project Manager in Global Quality at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs.

You’ll be at the forefront of driving cross-functional problem-solving projects. What you’ll do Lead High visibility cross functional problem solving initiatives. Drive root cause analysis & corrective actions for complex problems Apply structured methodologies such as 8D, Six Sigma with proficiency in applying Quality tools for problem solving Partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, customer quality, and corporate teams.

Coach teams on selecting and using the right problem-solving tools. Ensure sustainable corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership. Provide actionable insights for management to support decision making through data collection and analysis. Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.

Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process. Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure. Who we’re looking for Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 8+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience.

10+ years of related experience in project management or program management Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders. Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.

Preferred qualifications

Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Relevant project management certifications such as Six Sigma, PMP, PRINCE2.
