Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialists is looking for a high-performing, entrepreneurial Physical Therapist to lead one of our clinics. This isn't simply a Clinic Director position. What You'll Do
As a Clinic Director, you'll have the autonomy and support to: Grow clinic volume and revenue by developing relationships, referral sources, community partnerships, and new business opportunities Build and lead a high-performing team while creating a culture of accountability and excellence Identify opportunities to expand the services offered within your clinic Develop and launch new programs, services, and revenue streams based on your interests and the needs of your community Have a voice in business strategy, marketing, hiring, and growth initiatives Mentor and develop clinicians while continuing to provide exceptional patient care Take ownership of the clinic's performance and share directly in the financial success you help create Turn Your Ideas Into Reality At PPTS, entrepreneurial ideas aren't just encouraged—they're supported.

We'll give you the platform to build something with it. Licensed Physical Therapist with an advanced degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. Current Michigan Physical Therapist license in good standing, with active CPR certification. Proficiency in technology and clinical systems, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platforms, database applications, and the Microsoft Office Suite. Sales, marketing, and business development experience preferred; strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for patient engagement and clinic growth.
