Talent Acquisition Intern

Job Description Summary GE Aerospace is looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern who shares our passion for delivering the highest level of client service to thrive in our team-oriented culture. The TA Intern will provide day-to-day support to the Global Talent Acquisition team to ensure a positive candidate experience and to assist in expediting the recruiting process.

Job Description Responsibilities : Participate in the recruitment process, which involves sourcing, screening, scheduling and selection of the best candidate. Manage the recruiting pipeline, which includes determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing and managing referral processes.

Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles. Support and contribute to the company’s diversity and inclusion recruiting strategy. Requirements

30-40 hours per week: hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Hours are 7am to 1pm (or 3pm) Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field. Graduation date December 2027 or later. People-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-orientated environment.
