Director - Facilities

The incumbent in this position is responsible for overseeing construction, facility maintenance, public space and grounds keeping. The incumbent in this position is also responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and regulations, as well as state, local, and Federal ordinance.  The incumbent in this position is responsible for setting goals, objectives, and action plans to ensure successful operations in assigned areas.
