Nursing Supervisor - Health Centers

The Nursing Supervisor – Health Centers will supervise clinical nursing services at PHMC Health’s community health centers. This includes clinical oversight for the RNs, LPNs, and MA’s, conducting periodic audits, monitoring and implementing improvements in clinical operations and quality metrics, managing the corrective action planning process, overseeing regulatory compliance, facilitating policy development, and coordinating outcome reporting and partnerships/communications with internal and external partners to ensure adherence to the overall health center mission.

The Nursing Supervisor – Health Centers will report to the Director of Nursing and serve on PHMC Health’s nursing leadership team, along with the Nursing Supervisors for Shelter Nursing and Medical Respite.
