Accountant II

WHAT YOU’LL DO: This Accountant II is responsible for all fixed asset accounting, including but not limited to transfers, updating records, depreciation, reconciliations, fixed asset audits and property tax reporting. They will also assist in the monthly close process and reconciling assigned accounts on a monthly or quarterly basis.

Month-end duties include but are not limited to overseeing the fixed asset close and adhering to deadlines set forth in the close process. Other responsibilities include assisting in sales tax filings and exemptions. This position will also continually analyze, designs, and suggest improvements and helps to implement changes related to finance/accounting internal controls process, and operates under limited supervision.
