Now Hiring: Custodial Associate – 1st Shift Manufacturing Facility Cleaning & Custodial Support Openwork is hiring an experienced and dependable Custodial Associate to support a manufacturing facility in Denton, TX 76207 . This position is responsible for maintaining clean, organized, and safe production and common areas throughout the facility.

Qualified candidates must have at least 2 years of custodial, janitorial, or industrial cleaning experience . Previous experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial facility is strongly preferred . Position at a Glance Location: Denton, TX 76207 Pay: $18.00 per hour | Weekly Pay Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Shift: 1st Shift Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Overtime: Required as needed What You'll Be Doing: Perform general cleaning throughout the manufacturing facility.

Sweep production floors and common work areas. Collect and remove trash. Perform restroom cleaning as needed. Maintain clean and organized production and common areas. Use standard cleaning supplies and equipment safely. Follow facility safety and housekeeping procedures. Complete assigned cleaning tasks independently and efficiently.

Assist with additional custodial duties as needed.

What You'll Need

Minimum 2 years of custodial, janitorial, or industrial cleaning experience — REQUIRED. Manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial facility cleaning experience strongly preferred. Comfortable cleaning production areas, common areas, and restrooms. Ability to safely use standard cleaning supplies and equipment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift.

Comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
