Jeppesen Fore. Flight is seeking a qualified and motivated attorney to support the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) and serve as the company secretary for Jeppesen Fore. Flight’s Indian entity. This role combines legal support responsibilities for a broad portfolio of corporate transactions and commercial operations with corporate governance and company secretarial responsibilities.

It is one of two newly created roles backfilling and maturing practice areas previously held by a departing attorney.
