Aftersales Manager - Automotive Dealership

Veritas Careers are recruiting for an Established Automotive Dealer who have a requirement for an Aftersales Manager to join their busy dealership. This is an opportunity to take responsibility for a large workshop, Service and Parts operation within a long-established, privately owned family dealership.

Your responsibilities

Leading, motivating and developing the Aftersales team Maximising workshop productivity, utilisation and efficiency Growing retail labour sales and workshop profitability Monitoring technician and departmental performance Improving customer retention and repeat business Maintaining high standards of customer service Managing manufacturer warranty processes and standards Requirements You will need experience managing a franchise service department and ideally Kerridge experience.

The ability to fit in well in a busy and friendly team and work hard to build a customer focused team and drive them to outstanding performance.

Benefits

They are offering a basic salary circa £50,000 depending upon experience with a £70,000 OTE and a host of other benefits including use of a company vehicle.
