Program Coordinator, BRDEV

The Region Program Coordinator - partners with multiple Regional Leader teams by discerning and executing on the highest priorities. You will provide advanced strategic support and serve as an extension to their leadership team, share ideas, resources, problem solve, plan, facilitate and act on all region related activities.

You will virtually partner with multiple Regional Leadership Teams and proactively plan the execution of your region related work so the branch team can focus more time on delivering Human Centered Complete Wealth Management and growing their impact with their clients. Using strategy and collaboration, you will partner with your regional leadership teams on advanced coordination, engagement, and event planning support.

Scheduling Event Planning Advanced Communications Reporting Research and Problem Solving Expense Management Ways We Work It's very important that you balance your time, expertise, and access to resources across your 3 assigned regions’ highest priorities. You will work to ensure that the projects are prioritized, and the work is completed from week to week, as well as forecasting future assignments.

You will be expected to communicate your capacity and reprioritize work so that all can be completed in an agreed upon timeline. You will be expected to document role clarity on your many region-related tasks as those roles emerge over the course of your individual region relationships. You will also document Standard Operating Procedures over the course of the first two trimesters to ensure consistency and efficiency.
