Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of CNAs to ensure high-quality patient care
• Assist in training, mentoring, and evaluating new and existing staff members
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, safety standards, and facility policies
• Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and team performance

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
• Proven experience as a CNA, with at least 2 years of relevant healthcare experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and patient care standards
