About the Role

Drive operational excellence and data integrity across Risk Origins, Aladdin and Eagle platforms, ensuring timely delivery of enhancements, compliance alignment, and seamless portfolio setup. Lead process improvements, manage critical system integrations and oversee UAT and workflow optimization to support risk management, regulatory requirements, and business continuity.

Risk Origins Managing end-to-end stakeholder engagement and ensuring effective coordination, support, and delivery despite tight timelines and resource constraints. Managed daily operational activities of the Risk Origins platform, ensuring service stability, timely issue resolution, adherence to operational standards, and continuous process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.

Acted as a bridge between business users and technology teams, gathering and analyzing business requirements, developing comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and translating complex business needs into actionable solutions. Coordinated and supported User Acceptance Testing (UAT), managed stakeholder communications, and ensured successful production migrations while delivering projects on time.

Managed multiple concurrent enhancement requests and production issues, effectively prioritizing deliverables based on business impact, regulatory requirements, and resource availability. Established strong working relationships with stakeholders, support teams, and end users, fostering collaboration and enabling faster decision-making and issue resolution.

Others Supported BAU operations and ad-hoc initiatives across various applications and platforms beyond Risk Origins, delivering business analysis, stakeholder management, issue resolution, testing coordination, production support, and project-related activities while adapting to evolving business priorities and requirements.
