• Phoenix, AZ, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Responsibilities: Provides medication administration services to the residents as determined by community policy and state regulations Maintains proper labeling and storage of medications according to community policy and procedures Obtains and records resident's vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, weight, etc.) as directed Assist other care team members As needed, assists residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.) Maintains current and accurate resident charts Orders medications, as needed, per community policy and regulation Communicate with oncoming shift to ensure follow through of duties Build positive family and POA relationships to ensure customer's satisfaction What is in it for you?
