We are searching for a customer-focused individual to join our Service Centre team as a Service Assistant . Primary Responsibilities: Greets and directs customers to the appropriate personnel. Understands verbal work orders and instructions. Reads material such as detailed forms, standard memos or letters. Contacts porters to assist in daily tasks. Ensures the coffee area is fully stocked and clean. Fill customer vehicles with windshield washer fluid. Wash vehicles after the service has been complete. Bring customer vehicles to an accessible parking spot available for pick up. Performs other duties as required by the Service Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership. Skills and Qualifications Experience in automotive field is an asset. Valid Ontario Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract. Ability to drive a manual transmission is required. Superior customer service skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team.
