The Manager, Community, Culture + Events is a strategic, hands-on leader and shepherd of culture and community at Pacsun, responsible for delivering a best-in-class employee experience and bringing our culture to life through intentional community-based programming and events. Working directly with the Head of People on all things People and Culture, this role serves as “air traffic control” for the People team, coordinating programs, priorities, and moments to bolster and brighten what we bring to our Pacsun community every day.
