Job Description: Job Summary / Job Purpose This position will be responsible for any combination of the following major areas of responsibility: invoice processing, employee reimbursement, auditing of general ledger coding, vendor setup and review, 1099 processing, and other accounting functions as assigned.

Essential Functions

• Performs a full range of activities related to the accounts payable process including: Invoice monitoring and resolution of Purchase Order (PO), Non-PO invoices, patient refunds, etc…
• Maintains approval queues and routes invoices to appropriate queues for approval
• Performs reconciliation of accounts payable detail and vendor master to the general ledger
• Assists with sales/use tax review and processing of 1099’s
• Provides customer services support to vendors and facility departments

• Associate’s degree in accounting or finance preferred. Experience (required and preferred):
• Five years of work experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable or general accounting.
