Substitute School Bus Driver - Part-time/no benefits (Multiple Openings)

POSITION: Substitute School Bus Driver (Part-time/no benefits) Multiple Positions Available LOCATION: Transportation Department AVAILABLE: 2026/2027 School Year COMPENSATION: $27.09 p/hr (2026/2027 School Year Aux List rate) HOURS: Part-time positions available 10-month positions DESCRIPTION: CBSD is accepting applications for SUBSTITUTE School Bus Drivers.

These substitute positions allow you to work the days you choose, depending on need in the department. Candidate must have an excellent driving record and be knowledgeable of safety regulations. Must be able to communicate effectively and follow written and verbal instructions.

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must be willing to complete training to obtain a current Commercial Driver's License (CDL). If offered a position, candidate must provide all required clearances and background checks and current School Bus Driver physical examination, including drug/alcohol tests, prior to beginning work.
