Dining Services Hospitality Supervisor

The Dining Services Team at Givens Estates, a premier nonprofit continuing care retirement community, is hiring for a Full Time Dining Services Hospitality Supervisor to help support our Independent Living Team. The Hospitality Supervisor assists the Assistant Director of Culinary Experiences IL (ADCE-IL) and helps provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for Front of House dining services within Independent Living dining venues at Givens Estates.

This position is responsible for the execution of service standards, resident satisfaction, team accountability, operational readiness, and hospitality excellence through active floor leadership and coaching.
