This is a self employed opportunity Lilac Financial are based in Corby, Northamptonshire and are looking for an experience Mortgage Adviser to join the team on a self-employed basis. There is an opportunity to mentor junior staff, gaining experience in this aspect of the role.

Your responsibilities

will include Provide high-quality, client-focused advice aligned with individual needs and objectives Analyse clients’ financial situations to determine appropriate mortgage options Utilise the training and support provided by the firm Manage client records and ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable and current regulatory requirements.

Promote your services through networking and marketing, to grow your client base

CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification Strong track record of sales and building strong client relationships Self motivated with excellent communication skills Ambitious with entrepreneurial drive to develop your business network and client portfolio Good knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
