But there are a few skills you should have from the get-go: You value guest experiences and take pride in everything you do You've got attitude (the right kind, of course) Communication is key - you should be comfortable talking with strangers You understand that work is easier - and more fun - with teamwork Some time working in a high-volume restaurant/bar is ideal Restaurant or bar experience is a plus, but not required!

What You’ll Be Doing: Greeting guests and setting the tone from the moment they walk in Managing reservations and keeping things running smoothly Seating guests and showing them how to get the most out of Punch Bowl Social Answering phones and taking take-out orders Keeping the lobby clean, safe, and guest-ready Teaming up with coworkers to deliver next-level hospitality Follow us @punchbowlsocial or check us out at punchbowlsocial.
