About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive – Digital Media to support digital campaign coordination, reporting, vendor communication, and day-to-day account management activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, an interest in digital advertising, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Coordination: Coordinate with media vendors and digital partners to share campaign briefs, budgets, timelines, objectives, and deliverables. Campaign Execution: Assist with campaign setup, ad trafficking, taxonomy generation, and coordination with internal digital teams. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare weekly campaign reports, track performance updates, and support competitor research and presentations.

Account Management: Support day-to-day account activities and maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Documentation: Maintain organized campaign documents, media plans, meeting notes, timelines, and action trackers. Financial Coordination: Update finance trackers, organize vendor invoices, and ensure adherence to billing deadlines.

Deadline Management: Track deliverables, identify potential delays, and proactively communicate risks to the reporting manager. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on digital advertising trends, media platforms, and industry developments while contributing ideas to improve campaign processes.

Requirements

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior internship or experience in digital marketing, advertising, media, or a B2B agency is an advantage. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time-management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. A keen interest in digital media, advertising, campaign management, and client servicing.
