About the Role

Xpertz Ankur Lighting is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Executive/HR Generalist for our Ghaziabad unit. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in HR operations within the manufacturing industry, with strong expertise in statutory compliance, attendance management, payroll inputs, employee lifecycle management, and end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Statutory Compliance (Mandatory – Manufacturing Experience Required)
  • Strong working knowledge of PF (Provident Fund) and ESI (Employee State Insurance) procedures.
  • Handling monthly PF & ESI calculations, challans, returns, and employee queries.
  • Managing Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, Leave Policy, and other statutory benefits.
  • Excellent knowledge of Factories Act and Labor Laws.
  • Coordination with consultants/auditors for statutory inspections and documentation.
  1. Attendance, Leave & Biometric Management
  • Managing biometric attendance system and resolving attendance discrepancies.
  • Monitoring daily in/out, late, early-outs, and absenteeism.
  • Maintaining leave records, updating leave balances, and ensuring accuracy in payroll inputs.
  • Ensuring discipline and enforcing attendance policies for all factory and field staff.
  1. Recruitment & Hiring (Manufacturing Focus)
  • Responsible for end-to-end hiring, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding.
  • Hiring for Blue Collars and White Collars.
  • Should have Good Knowledge of HRMS.
  • Conducting induction, documentation, ID creation, and onboarding formalities.
  • Managing job postings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures of open positions.
  1. Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
  • Maintaining and updating employee records in HR systems.
  • Handling confirmations, transfers, and separations.
  • Conducting exit formalities, F&F documentation, and clearance.
  • Assisting in payroll processing by providing accurate monthly HR data.
  1. Employee Relations & Factory HR Support
  • Addressing employee grievances professionally and maintaining discipline.
  • Coordinating with supervisors, production heads, and management.
  • Supporting safety, compliance, and HR audits.

Required Skills

& Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus Act, Labor Laws & Factory Act.
  • Experience with biometric systems, attendance devices, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / Industrial Relations / Labor Laws preferred.
