GTM Associate, RL & Physical AI

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an early go-to-market team at an AI company building reinforcement learning environments, benchmarks, and training data for AI research and robotics. You will develop customer relationships and help turn initial pilots into ongoing programs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Map the Bay Area reinforcement learning and robotics ecosystem, identifying research teams, startups, and prospective data buyers.
• Run outreach through email, LinkedIn, events, and warm introductions to book conversations with research and business leaders.
• Build enough product knowledge to discuss reinforcement learning environments, evaluations, and robotics datasets in technical conversations.
• Guide opportunities from initial conversation through sample, pilot, and production, coordinating project scope and delivery with colleagues.
• Attend local meetups, research events, conferences, and hackathons to build relationships with prospective customers.
• Share customer feedback with product and research teams.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Zero to three years of experience; recent graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with cold outreach and evidence of initiative, such as building or founding a project, sales or business development work, or a competitive achievement.
• Genuine interest in AI, reinforcement learning, or robotics through coursework, projects, research, or work experience.
• Clear, concise writing and confidence communicating with technical audiences.
• A technical degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or physics, or relevant machine learning or robotics research exposure.
• Sales, business development, or founder experience at an AI or deep-tech startup, and an existing Bay Area AI or robotics network, are useful strengths. LOCATION On-site in San Francisco, California. Candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate are considered.
