Deli Clerks are responsible for performing all functions relating to the maintenance and preparation of the cold case, grab-n-go, hot case, and salad bar. Deli Clerks will ensure that food quality standards are being upheld for all Lassens Deli products. Deli Clerks will help to promote an outstanding food company appearance by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members.

A Deli Clerk may be expected to obtain extensive knowledge of Natural Foods and some basic knowledge of Nutritional Supplements including vitamins, herbs, amino acids, sports nutrition, food supplements, and health and beauty aids.
