“If you want to make a difference in real estate, join REInvest Greece.” We are looking for a proactive and organised Real Estate Agency Recruiter & Training Co-ordinator with an outgoing manner and a genuine enjoyment of working with people, to source, recruit and onboard freelance consultants and new sales agents for our Agency team.

The ideal candidate will implement the Agency recruitment and training plan, run branding activities across various recruiting channels, handle applicant correspondence and administration, and report on recruitment activities. This is an opportunity to work for a service-oriented, prestigious, and international real estate brand and to become a member of our growing and highly motivated team.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation of the Agency recruitment & training plan Recruiting of freelance consultants branding activities in various recruiting channels Reporting of recruitment activities Further development of recruiting activities to acquire new sales agents Administration and applicant correspondence Key Requirements Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in business administration or psychology with a major in human resources management At least 3 years of relevant experience as a professional recruiter Knowledge in the fields of human resources management Excellent communication skills Ability to juggle multiple tasks Excellent knowledge of Microsoft environment and MS Office Professional use of English language and Greek mother tongue Previous experience in Real Estate field will be a plus Ideally, you will be available to start immediately.
