Vehicle Technician / Mechanic Location: Guildford, Surrey Salary: OTE up to £50k + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Pybus Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading automotive employer for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join their successful Aftersales team in Guildford.

The Role As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to a high standard, ensuring vehicles are returned to customers safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Perform vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs Diagnose and rectify vehicle faults Complete inspections and health checks Deliver high standards of workmanship and customer service Ensure all work is completed in accordance with manufacturer and industry standards Maintain accurate job records and documentation Work effectively within a busy workshop environment About You To be considered for this role, you will ideally have: NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician, or Mechanic A full UK driving licence Strong diagnostic and repair skills Excellent attention to detail MOT Tester qualification (desirable but not essential) Main dealership experience (advantageous) Training & Development The successful candidate will benefit from ongoing manufacturer-supported training, including the opportunity to achieve IMI Level 3 Electric Vehicle Maintenance and Repair certification, helping to future-proof your career as the automotive industry continues to evolve.
