Enterprise Systems Implementation Program Manager (ERP) Location: 100% Remote, 25% Travel Job Type: Full-Time Position Overview: About the Opportunity Our client is a rapidly growing, VC-backed healthcare technology company seeking a seasoned Enterprise Systems Implementation Program Manager to lead strategic enterprise application initiatives across the organization.

This is a leadership-focused role for a proven program manager, not a technical SME.

What You Will Do

Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise systems implementation and transformation programs. Develop program roadmaps, implementation plans, governance models, budgets, risks, and executive communications. Lead cross-functional business, operations, technology, and vendor teams. Drive deployment, adoption, change management, and operational readiness.

Manage implementation partners and software vendors while ensuring successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Platform Experience Workday Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and EPM SAP, or Concur Qualifications: Required Qualifications 10+ years of ERP or enterprise systems implementation program management experience. Proven success leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience managing vendors, consulting partners, budgets, timelines, and risks. US Citizen required. Healthcare, benefits administration, HRIS, finance, or regulated industry experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Major Plus Experience with Data. Path is highly desirable. Data. Path supports benefits administration programs including HSA, FSA, HRA, COBRA, billing, and consumer-directed benefits solutions. Candidates with experience leading implementations involving benefits platforms, payroll systems, HRIS, enrollment solutions, ERP platforms, and vendor ecosystems will be especially attractive. This role may include driving alignment across HR, Finance, Operations, Technology, and external vendors during large-scale benefits and enterprise systems initiatives. Ideal Candidate Executive-level communicator with exceptional organizational skills. Roadmap-driven leader who can bring structure and accountability to complex programs. Comfortable leading fast-moving initiatives within a high-growth startup environment.
