JOB SUMMARY
The Line Cook Lead’s primary responsibility is to uphold the restaurant’s high standards of excellence by providing the highest quality of service to guests. The Line Cook Lead is responsible for leading line operations and providing direction to Line Cooks through the lunch and dinner services. The Line Cook Lead is also responsible for training and mentoring other Line Cooks and holding them accountable for food quality and presentation.
