Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Assisted Living
Job description
We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct care and support to residents in our assisted living community. You will work two 4-hour shifts from 5 pm to 9 pm, collaborating with the healthcare team to help residents achieve their care goals. Ideal candidates hold a current Connecticut LPN license and have experience in assisted living or similar settings.
