We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our **People **team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.
At Castlery, you'll be more than a payroll administrator. You'll be the owner of a critical business function. You'll lead payroll across multiple countries, improve systems and processes, and help shape the future of payroll as we continue to grow globally.
What you'll be doing:
- Own end-to-end payroll across global markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and the United States), ensuring every pay run is accurate, compliant and on time.
- Reconcile payroll, manage statutory submissions, and prepare payroll reports for Finance and audits.
- Be the go-to expert for payroll, resolving employee queries and partnering with stakeholders across the business.
- Analyse payroll data to identify trends, improve processes, and reduce manual work.
- Work with our People Systems team to enhance payroll through automation, system improvements, and scalable processes.
What you need to succeed:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll, ideally across multiple countries or entities.
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, statutory compliance, and payroll reconciliations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to investigate issues and continuously improve processes.
- High attention to detail, strong ownership, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Experience working with payroll systems, HRIS, and Excel, with a passion for automation and operational excellence.
