The position involves lone working and key-holder responsibilities, so applicants must be dependable and comfortable working independently.

Duties General cleaning throughout the premises Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors Cleaning offices and communal areas Cleaning and sanitising washrooms Emptying bins and replacing liners Wiping and sanitising touchpoints Maintaining high standards of cleanliness Following site security and health & safety procedures Requirements DBS check required Adverse credit check required 2 years’ employment history required Employment history must be obtained through the GOV.
