Now Hiring: Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) About the Role: As a Resident Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of our residents while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

This position includes staff scheduling, new hire training, supervision of caregivers and medication administration, as well as direct resident care when needed. You’ll serve as a key liaison between residents, staff, and external healthcare providers to help maintain a high standard of care and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
