Primary Responsibilities: Processes incoming and outgoing mail.

Scans and indexes documents into the imaging system. Maintains file room, ensuring all hard-copy files are filed/refiled correctly. Maintains document destruction calendar. Oversees on-site shredding of documents. Provides courier support, as needed. Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

High School diploma, or equivalent. A minimum of two years of office experience. Mail room experience a plus.
