· Resolving the client queries within the defined time frame.

• Handling Queries Of customers.
• Strong oral and written communication skills which includes (Fluency & Coherence, Grammatical ability, Pronunciation & Interactive Communication).
• Basic Computer knowledge is required.
• Possess good broking knowledge
