What you will do

• Help clients with daily routines, personal care, meals, transportation, and household tasks.
• Provide practical support that encourages safety and independence.
• Coordinate and accompany clients to medical appointments as assigned.
• Encourage exercise, social activities, and participation in community life.
• Build respectful, supportive relationships with the people you assist.
• Plan the day, follow the care plan, and document visits and services accurately. Schedule options Weekday and weekend schedules are advertised for this position. • High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license, a dependable personal vehicle available every day, and proof of insurance.
• A personal or professional reference.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, keep accurate records, and communicate clearly.
• Background check and drug screening are required. Helpful, but not required No prior experience is required. One year of disability-care experience is helpful, but not mandatory. Paid training and ongoing mentor support are provided.
