Business Systems Analyst IV Summary We are seeking an experienced professional to serve as a Business Systems Analyst IV within the IT Services sector. This pivotal role is designed for a candidate with over seven years of specialized experience who will drive procurement transformation and lead complex business analysis initiatives.

The position focuses on the end-to-end implementation and ongoing support of critical business systems, ensuring seamless operational workflows and strategic alignment. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Zip or Levelpath, with the added advantage of proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, while playing a central role in the configuration and deployment of Coupa solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute the full lifecycle of system implementations and support activities, ensuring high availability and performance. Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify process gaps and drive strategic procurement transformation initiatives. Manage the configuration and customization of Coupa platforms to meet specific organizational requirements.

Utilize expertise in Zip or Levelpath to optimize system functionality and enhance user experience. Provide subject matter expertise on SAP S/4HANA to support integrated business processes where applicable. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, test solutions, and facilitate successful go-live transitions.

Document system processes, configurations, and user guides to ensure knowledge retention and operational continuity.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in business systems analysis or related IT services roles. Proven track record of managing end-to-end implementation and support projects for enterprise systems. Deep functional knowledge and hands-on experience with Zip or Levelpath platforms. Demonstrated success in Coupa implementation and configuration projects.

Strong background in procurement transformation and business analysis methodologies. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred to support broader enterprise integration efforts. Ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications and system configurations.
