We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounting Executive to support the Finance & Accounts team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates seeking to build a career in accounting and gain practical exposure to financial processes, documentation, reconciliations, and accounting operations.

Assist in recording day-to-day accounting transactions in the accounting system. Support invoice verification and documentation activities. Maintain and organize accounting records, vouchers, and supporting documents. Assist with bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations. Support preparation of routine accounting schedules and reports. Coordinate with internal teams for collection of accounting-related information. Assist in tracking outstanding invoices and follow-up activities. Support month-end closing activities by preparing basic reconciliations and reports. Ensure proper filing and maintenance of statutory and financial documents. Participate in process improvement and data-clean-up initiatives as required.
