Area Sales Manager

Country. Place Mortgage, a leading nationwide personal property, mortgage and commercial lender headquartered in Plano, TX, is seeking an Area Sales Manager to help grow our Sales Team. This role is area based. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving loan volume growth across their assigned area, leading and developing a team of Regional Sales Managers (RSM’s).

Key responsibilities include

sales leadership, relationship management, strategic account development, market expansion, performance coaching, and execution of initiatives designed to increase production and enhance brand recognition throughout the region.
