Responsibilities

Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support Assist with personal care and activities of daily living Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping Provide safe mobility assistance Support clients experiencing dementia and memory-related challenges with patience and respect Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan Accompany clients to appointments or errands when needed Help maintain a safe, calm, and comfortable home environment Observe and communicate changes or concerns to the care team Follow individualized care plans and promote client dignity and independence Requirements Previous caregiver experience preferred Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration Current TB test result or chest X-ray documentation Legally authorized to work in the U.
