Maintenance Mech II

As a Maintenance Mechanic II, you help keep the buildings and grounds where older adults live safe and operational. Your work supports residents’ comfort and helps prevent maintenance issues from disrupting their daily routines.

You’ll maintain building systems, complete repairs and rounds, and address maintenance issues, coordinating with a Maintenance Mechanic III when needed and notifying management when outside service is required. This full-time role pays $25.85 per hour, with overtime and shift differentials. Your shift is 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., on a two-week schedule: Tuesday–Sunday in week one, then Tuesday–Friday in week two. Dues-paying SEIU Local 73 membership is required.
