Regional Coverage This role focuses on freight routes within North Carolina and South Carolina including cities such as: Charlotte, NC Columbia, SC Greenville, SC Pay Structure Load-Based Compensation: 01-99 Miles: $65 per load | $0.90–$2.00 per mile | $50 for terminal call (Tcall). 100-199 Miles: $115 per load | $0.70–$1.

40 per mile | $95 for Tcall. 200-299 Miles: $185 per load | $0.70–$1.00 per mile | $170 for Tcall. 300-399 Miles: $215 per load | $0.60–$0.80 per mile | $190 for Tcall. 400-499 Miles: $300 per load | $0.65–$0.80 per mile. 500-599 Miles: $375 per load | $0.66–$0.80 per mile. 600+ Miles: $0.53 per mile + $0.05 per mile (Performance Bonus Incentive).

Performance Bonus Opportunities: Earn an additional $25 for each load when meeting the PBI (Performance-Based Incentive). Additional Pay Opportunities: Stop-Off Pay: $50 for any additional stop-offs during a load. Detention Pay: Compensation for delays as applicable. Trailer Moves: $0.58 per mile + $25 for each trailer move.
